2016 Bell Award winning campaign with a goal to simplify the creative over past years to increase conversions. Despite executing 2 fewer communications, conversions increased +39% YOY with an open rate of 29.8% (goal: 18-20%, 2014 rate: 16.5%) and a unique click to conversion rate of 47.12% (goal: 15%, 2014 average rate: 9.9%).
